"I called Service All Stars Plumbing, Heating and Air Comfort to fix my heater. Josue came out the same day. He accessed the problem and explained everything very carefully to me. He searched for and found the part I needed and returned the next day. He installed it and washed the coils in about an hour. He did an excellent job. I'm more than satisfied. Regarding the price, I can't say whether they were higher, lower, or about the same as others because I'm not familiar with this. But in all I highly recommend them."

"I had a 40 year old furnace that I figured couldn't be fixed. Called these guys and got a repair appointment next day. Eric was very polite, helpful and gave me the bad news that I needed to replace it. We talked options and he went and found me a new unit that met all of my requests at a very reasonable price. The next day (today), Nolvin and Brandon came out to install the new unit. They were very polite, layed down tarps all the way from the door to the unit and worked diligently to do a very professional install and cleaned up after themselves. Of course they ran the unit, walked me through all the features and demonstrated the new thermostat. I am so happy!"

"88 year old grandfather paid 2200 yesterday for Jose garcia senior service tech to do this. Is this acceptable? We called twice. Before this post was posted and after you requested a call (although you left no direct phone number to your self.) Its bad bussiness practice to respond to a post instead of calling the person who paid you 2200 dollars to do shotty work Called this morning, was told no direct line to owner. " message will be sent" customer service representative said."
