"I contacted PRC for their services on January 14. That same day their workers came out and did a biohazard cleanup (suicide). The cleanup not only involved where the incident happened but included another main area of my home where the coroner’s finished their investigation, resulting in a company named Airtech, environmental to come into my home to do asbestos testing and PRC did a packiut of the family room. It’s going on 2 weeks that PRC tore out the area that the suicide happened and left all bathroom fixtures and items on my balcony exposed to all elements. I have contacted the company as to when they were going to come over to see the work and as to date nobody has come out. All I want is for them to come out and move onto the next step which is finish the job"
"I've used PRC Restoration twice in 9 years! Pin hole pipe leaks are so frustrating! PRC made the experience much more bearable. Ricardo, manager of the repair crew, remembered me from 9 years ago when we had a leak in the same room! His team did a great job repairing the ceiling of three of my rooms. You'll never get a brand new room after the damage due a pipe leaks, but you'll get pretty close to the next best thing! I highly recommend PRC Restoration and their teams for any home damage covered by insurance. They are very thorough and do great work!"
