"Let’s face it, if you’re reading reviews to find a company to repair water damage and get rid of mold, you are not having a great day. How do you know who to trust and who will be able to resolve your problems? John is absolutely the right choice. He responded immediately, evaluated our situation and scheduled us to get started the next day. He was professional as well as friendly and put me at ease right away. He answered every question I had and assured me that they would take care of everything, which is exactly what they did. They were on time (actually reached out because they got done on a job and were able to come early), prompt to respond when I texted questions or concerns, and kept me informed throughout the process. "I highly recommend ProCare Services to take care of water damage. I recently had water damage that permeated my walls and ruined my wood plank flooring. John assessed the damage and worked directly with my insurance company to make things very easy for me. In the end my house actually looks nicer than before the damage occurred. John’s team removed furniture as needed, opens walls, dried things out, used specialists to remove the hazardous materials in order to prepare for repairs needed to button things up. I would use ProCare in a heartbeat for any such services needed in the future (although I hope that I don’t need to.)"
