"The water heater went out on a Sunday and I called Drain Doctors thinking I would leave a message. They had an answering service who kindly took the information and a worker even called me right back to let me know the office would get in touch with me the next day. Rick came out on Monday morning and I can't say enough good things. He was kind, professional, helpful, and skilled. He offered suggestions and did solid work fast. I have hot water in less than 24 hours! Rick also just went above and beyond to help me move my things and was considerate about how they were stored. "I highly recommend Drain Doctors. I have used them twice and both times they were AWESOME. They were prompt, professional, knowledgable and affordable. Scheduling was easy and the office staff is very pleasant . The plumbers were both so nice and professional. ..they cleaned up after themselves and they even cleaned up the mess that had drained into my bathtub. I've had lots of plumbing issues throughout the years and Drain Doctors is absolutely the best plumbing company In the county."
