"Too many things to complain about. The only thing that this place has remotely going for them is their lip service. So if you love lip service and don't care about your vehicle bring it to this place. I don't know why this place seems to be trying to cut corners in all of the wrong places, if it is the management or just that the employees just do not care, perhaps they are overbooking and don't have time to provide quality workmanship. They said they replaced my headlamp with a used one, it was NOT replaced. Fender replaced and did not attach the mudflap that was removed with the correct hardware causing it to come loose. Bumper replaced with aftermarket, fit and finish of the bumper was horrible, so they said they replaced it with an OEM and the fit and finish came back worse! Then they bring in their hack job detailers that get polishing compound all over the vehicle and fail to focus on the real issues. Everyone in this place needs to be retrained and learn how to provide quality service."

"Meh. They repaired our car ok, sure. But it took ten days to fix a bumper and they weren’t exactly forthcoming about why it took so long (we had a five day estimate all along until, surprise, it wasn’t ready for five days more!) My feeling is the front office staff doesn’t have their act together and even though they did our estimate they didn’t order a part when they should. That or they didn’t communicate about something that came up. Without good communication, who knows?"
