"i love this place! they've fixed my vintage pioneer amp, blaster and bose. always in a timely fashion and without exhorbitant cost. i love that the $35 upfront diagnostic fee is incorporated into the repair cost. i recommend them to everyone. you won't be disappointed!"

"I was excited to visit this business hoping they would be and quick, easy, and cost effective way of fixing my VCR and replacing a cable output that had been ripped out of my TV. They have a $35 non-refundable diagnostic deposit per device so I paid thinking it would probably cover the cost of the repair. I received a voicemail about my estimate being ready but no one answered when I returned their call. I stop by the shop and they let me know my TV is ready and that I owe $48 on top of the $35 I’d left as a deposit and that my VCR hasn’t been fixed but it’d be $50 on top of the deposit. I couldn’t believe I was looking at over $150 dollars in repairs for a 20 year old TV and VCR that were both in working condition. Unfortunately it'll be the first and last time I visit them."

"Terrbile service! I brought my LCD TV to these guys for repair and got it back about 8-10 days later...reasonable. However, about three weeks later, the TV went down again with the exact same problem. I returned to the store with the TV and the owner said he'd call me back the next day and let me know if they were able to acquire a replacement part. He never called back, so I called back a couple days later and pretty much got the run-around for the rest of the week, which told me that no one at this store had any sense of urgency to rectify the substandard service that they had originally provided. When I went back to the store the following week to cut my losses, pick up my television, and ask for a refund, the owner had the audacity to tell me that I needed to stop calling the store and "give him time to work." (This is over a week after he originally said that he'd have an answer for me.) I digress, but I left my television with these guys for over two weeks, only to have them say that their supplier had no replacement parts and that they'd have to refund my money, which could have easily been discovered in one day, had anyone cared to do any work. What's more, they would only refund my money when they had received money from the supplier of the part and they did not refund any labor cost, which their invoice said that they would. In response to a couple of the positive reviews below, I don't know if this place changed ownership in 2007 or not, I shudder at the thought of the previous owners being worse than the current ones. These guys aren't very good at their trade, don't know how to run a business, and don't treat customers with any fairness whatsoever. If you want slow, unreliable service and unprofessional behavior, then this is the place for you!"
