"We had interviewed 5 different furnace companies and Eagle Air came out on top for several reasons even though they were the second most pricey of the lot. Our hope was that we would be able to install a Heat Pump (not a split system) instead of gas since we have solar. Three of the companies said we could do it, two said we would need to do a panel upgrade - Eagle Air was one of them. Those two were correct. If we had selected one of the other three, the cost and wait of the panel upgrade would have been a surprise and infuriating since a Heat Pump is already an expensive system. Greg Hernbroth of Eagle Air was an exceptional Rep! He was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable (and we had done our homework), and thorough. He gave us many options to consider and never gave us the feeling that he was trying to make a sale right then and there. He never used pressure or scare tactics like some of them used. He listened to us and made sure to cover everything in the quote (one of the companies didn't do duct work and ours is the original from 1957 and is not the right size for the addition that the previous owners had put in back in the 80's). Eagle Air has made us feel that we made the right decision for now with the built in ability to upgrade to a Heat Pump in the future when we are ready."

"Our technician Mitchell came, on time, to our home and discovered some minor issues with our HVAC that he explained to us and helped us to understand what was needed to tune up the furnace. After his inspection, he gave us a reasonable price and went on to show us how we could keep our HVAC up and running including a customer care subscription to have them visit us a couple times a year for the systems necessary maintenance. 5 star service today, I wish all companies had a Mitchell to give them what they were asking for and not stress us out. After several visits and repairs (both major and minor) with this company over the years, we can safely say "If you're not using Eagle Air, you're doing it wrong""
