When our refrigerator at our temporary rental went out, while my landlord dithered about trying to get it fixed, I called Gary, communicated the urgency (I'm pregnant and also have a toddler), and he moved his schedule to come right away. His base price is phenomenally reasonable, and he even came back the next day when things were still not working right - turns out there is a malfunctioning part that has been discontinued wah wah. Either way, he came back again to make sure the job was done to the extent possible, and was kind and communicative the whole way. Honestly it just boils down to Gary being a good person. And those are the kind of people you want coming into your house to help you."
