"Danny’s customer service is absolutely incredible. My husband also named Danny called regarding our pool pump that had stopped for a few days. Within minutes, Danny called us back and assisted us over the phone to see if we could fix it before we spend money. The pump was fixed immediately and we are now looking to hopefully replace it in the future with his service after we receive a quote. Absolutely recommend Danny’s pool services!"

"We have been using Danny for at least 10 years. He is reliable and easy to talk to about any issues we have had with the pool. He takes time to go over repairs or potential issues and doesn't charge when he is providing advice on how we can repair or solve our own minor problems. I also go through him to purchase parts for our our pool since his price includes the install vs purchasing a part online and having to install it ourselves. His prices are very fair and his services are very flexible based on our needs."

"I called Danny when I noticed the ground around my pool was damp and the level of the water was dropping at a faster rate than it should. Over the phone he walked me through the process of pin pointing the issue. A crack in the skimmer. He then told me what product I needed and how to patch the crack. No bull and No charge! In a world where its hard to get a live person on the phone...this was a great experience. I highly recommend Danny's Pool Service & Repair!"

"The pool sweep he recommended and installed was not for in ground pool use and he is now saying he is sending me to small claims court because I am not paying for a pool sweep that does not work. In the past month service he (Danny) stopped by unannounced at 9pm on a Saturday in July. This was a red flag. When I followed up with him on the pool progress he was not clear on what was going on with the pool. He confuses one pool for another and is not professional for mistakes. Danny likes to say he’s taking you to small claims court instead of being accountable for mistake (like purchasing incorrect pool sweep) and he likes to send a lot of unprofessional texts saying that he’s in the right and you are wrong. My conclusion is that he’s problematic if you try to make him accountable. Beware he likes to smoke screen and he knows the law and has a police brother in Fairfield. This is the work experience I’ve ever had with a pool cleaning service. Just awful customer service. If I can give less stars I would. Why should I pay for a pool sweep that doesn’t work? Why is he telling me he is taking me small claims after I notified him that this is not working?"

"We found Danny via Google. I was in a panic since we are new pool owners and we had repairs that needed to be done right away. I called many places. Danny was the first to return my call. Since that first call he has done many "house calls" at the drop of a hat. We are trying to maintain the pool our selves and he has been so patient and kind trying to teach us the basics. When my husband left town and the pool turned green (totally our fault), I called Danny in a panic again and he came right over. His prices are reasonable and it is clear he cares about the customer more than making a quick buck. We had one repair that he made that broke again a day after he fixed it, he came right over and made good on the entire situation. Rarely do I feel comfortable with repair or maintenance people, but Danny's kindness is evident right away. I wish him well in his business, good people need to be recognized!"
