"Wow - I can’t say enough good things about Martin and the Comfort Response Team. I got three bids to help us out with replacing our heat pump. Each company was pushing us to buy and entirely new system at great cost. Martin came by and talked through a much more reasonable approach, which allowed us just to replace the heat pump. In addition to saving us $5K, I was impressed by how knowledgeable, communicative and nice he was. A few days later he completed the project, keeping me informed about each step in the process.
