"Building a pool is a big step and stressful, however i an experienced pool building supervisor with decades under his belt. He told me he has everything covered, not to worry or stress out . He took care of business and he was so right .Thank you Kevin ! In the beginning I took 5 estimates, all approximately the same amount .However Premier Pools stood out. The contractors used were top notch and professional. The rock work and grottoes were build by truly artisans. They have great employees and do whatever it takes to make you happy . "We are so happy we chose Premier to build our backyard pool! From the beginning they were very professional amd responsive. Daniel our designer was very creative and patient with the design, ensuring that all our desired features were included. They were also very straight forward about the cost and provided a very detailed itemized quote. We had a bit of a more complicated build because our pool was built on a hillside so required more engineering and digging to ensure the a solid construction. Once we broke ground we started working with Jeff as our project manager. Jeff was amazing, always checking in on progress and addressing all the questions we had. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. Every step of the process he made sure to provide detailed explanations about what was happening. We had several design changes and hey were very accommodating. Once permit was approved the timeline for the build went just as planned, no pauses between phases of building. Our pool was finished last month in September and we are super happy with the outcome. We would definitely highly recommend Premier and their staff!!! They were a pleasure to work with!!!"

They were always so attentive to detail and ready with answers to our many questions. Jeff, our project manager was always coming in to make sure the crew was always on time. When picking out our tiles and supplies, Linsey at the Carlsbad office was patient and kind. They have a wide selection of beautiful tiles to choose from that it was hard for us to make up our minds. The crew of builders, Mika, Santos, Maximo and their helpers work quickly and efficiently to get our pool done as quick as possible.
