"WORST TAX EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I met with Ronnie in April 2023 to file my taxes. On November 9th, 2023 her receptionist, Paula called me to inform me that my taxes were rejected on September 14th and if I didn’t contact the IRS that day I would be penalized for late submission. They requested an extension on my taxes because their caseload was too high and they couldn’t file my taxes in a timely manner. Paula was extremely rude and unprofessional in conversation regarding this matter and when I asked why I wasn’t informed on this when I called to check the status of my tax return 3x between August-October she claimed that she will not be playing the blame game. This company charges top dollar for less than mediocre services. I am tempted to report them to the better business bureau, save your money and find a different tax agency!"
