"I used San Diego Softwash recently for cleaning my exterior stucco, gutters, roof, and to power wash some concrete. I had some black marks also in a few spots on the front of the house that needed to be focused on. Bob and Chantal (owners) are very nice, professional people and easy to work with. I had to reschedule my service date several times and they were very flexible and accommodating. Also, I asked a lot of questions before my service date and Bob was always patient and responsive to answer all my questions or concerns. Everything went smoothly on my service date - they showed up on time and worked very efficiently. I am happy with the work that was done - there is a noticeable difference how much cleaner the outside of the house looks, and I am hoping as a few weeks go by and we get some rain it will look even cleaner as the chemicals keep working. I definitely recommend San Diego Softwash!"

"I want to start by saying the owners and the customer service is fantastic. There was a really positive attitude, and I felt very comfortable before the job. The workers were great people, and represented the company well. That is why I am able to give this review the 2 stars. The issues are the results of the treatment, and what happened to a our bougainvillea plant. We were told that the wash would remove rust stains below our windows. It did not, and the workers worked really hard to try and make it come off. We were told that we would see more results as time passed. It has now been over a month. We do see some results, but many of the stains are still there. We are super thankful that they cleaned our roof and solar. If I knew this would be the result, I would have paid for only the roof, or pressure washing the house and roof. We have a 15-16 year old bougainvillea that was beautiful, and had a lovely bright color. The softwash treatment left it really unhealthy. It is possible that it might not recover, even though we are feeding it, and watering it. We were told it can take some time to come back, but we did not know that the plant would look this unhealthy. As a company, San Diego Softwash is fantastic. Unfortunately, the product did not produce the results as expected, and we are unhappy with how our bougainvillea responded to it."

"I called San Diego Softwash about a year after my husband had tucked away their door flyer. We noticed black stuff on our side stucco wall, near our front door, and on the surface of our upper deck. I normally would never call someone off a flyer on our door, but I compared the handwritten note and number left by Chantal, and turned it over and noticed the phone number matched the professional 1-page brochure. I then researched them online, and it all matched up, including favorable reviews, which I investigated as well. I called and Robert answered. He was able to come by our house that same afternoon, provided us with an estimate, and the job was done 2 days later. To say what a difference their product and service made to the appearance of our house is an understatement. We now have completely clean stucco with no "wear and tear" black algae and lichen living on it. They are nice, wholesome owners who are responsive, communicate clearly, answer questions, address any concerns and take case of business in an extremely professional and personable manner. I am a happy customer, they not only did they window clean but did the screens too! Win win for me!
