"Trash customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday 8-10am and confirmed the appointment the day before. I’m received a call the day of at 8:38am asking could I changed it to 2-4pm and of course I couldn’t because I had plans that’s why I scheduled it the time I did. They never called by and I had to call them back about it and then they said we can come 4-6pm which doesn’t work either. They keep saying they didn’t have a tech for the border area which I don’t live at I live in San Diego which this is a San Diego company. I don’t recommend them to anyone they are trash. I don’t even give them a star but to post this I had to give them one."
"The give me an estimate for steam carpet clean, but they only did a regular clean. With a small machine, no steam. Finished in about 20 minutes, leave the carpet too wet an didn’t do a thorough job. Some areas weren’t cleaned"

They were very reasonable, extremely reliable and cleaned the two bedrooms quickly and thoroughly. After calling around, Carpet Cleaning Gurus was able to come out the quickest and their prices were reasonable. I found these guys to be efficient and professional and they provide good service and good value. The cleaning really brightened the carpets up and the dog vomit stain was gone. I will definitely use this San Diego Carpet Cleaning Company again in the future."
