They explained all my options and I didn't feel pressure or any upselling which was important to me. I was a little skeptical at first, wondering if my experience would live up to the expectations I had in mind. "You like them they like you! You treat them with respect they will treat you with respect. You don't treat them with respect they will not treat you with respect! If you show that you care they may show that they do or do not care. So if you are there be aware to beware! Other than that they have great products at great prices and I do recommend anybody in the cleaning business to give the store at least a museum look over."

"I am very happy with the work this shop did setting up my carpet cleaning trailer with used equipment that I brought in. The owner took the time to listen to all my ideas and approached the project as if the equipment was his own, making sure that everything was done right, without cutting corners. He also made sure to check with me throughout the process as the price increased, giving options for saving money, and never pushing unnecessary work.
