"I needed my suit cleaned for an event on Saturday. I went in to Lewis Cleaners on Wednesday and asked how soon it could be done and was told Saturday. I spoke to a Maria, and she said it could be done Friday after 5. I returned at 5 on Friday to closed and locked doors. They do not open until 9 on Saturday so this was unsatisfactory. Had I been told accurate information I would have chosen a different service that could accomplish the job. As I sat in front of the closed business frantically looking for a number to call I noticed many people walking up in hopes of them being open and being greater with the same unwelcome locked doors as myself. The closing time needs to be accurately displayed in all areas, including on-line, the actual store window, and the ticket. This puts me at an extreme disadvantage."
