"Place is pretty good, but all the life guards are white and very rude. Was taking a few breaks while lap swimming and one of the female lifeguards was being very rude to me and my friend and proceeded to talk badly about us to another lifeguard right in front of us."

"Vibe here is extremely weird - basically no diversity. Staff is strange, too. There was an Asian lifeguard guy - short and plump - with a BAD attitude and very rude. How is he working there with bad customer service? It's like you're interrupting his day and testing his patience when asking him a simple question. Really, he must be insecure to beautiful women. Maybe a public pool isn't the best workplace for him.... Now I go to San Ramon for pool access - WAY better than this place. Pool is cleaner and staff seems pretty cool, too, with a way better vibe."

"A+. This whole facility is wonderful. The pools are great and clean and so nice but the best thing of all is the staff. The lifeguards and the whole staff are so welcoming and friendly. Our daughter has been taking baby swim lessons there and it’s just the best. We are so thrilled to have this wonderful pool in the neighborhood. Thank you all so much!"
