"Yup! I’m sure I was at the right store. Services and customer service could be a whole lot better. This review is based on an appraisal I received on an item, first comments that I received when arriving to this shop were how cloudy and bad quality my necklace was.. well whatever. I was there for a professional appraisal and not any opinions. Come to find out, the appraisal was actually 50% of what my necklace was appraising for at other jewelry shops. Harry appraises for 3k, other shops were appraising for 6k-7k. Honestly I wouldn’t have even cared but with the amount of attitude and negative comments that Harry or whoever was working the counter that day just really doesn’t sit well with me. All, remember if you’re going to spend your hard earned money, whether it be $50, or thousands of dollars.. go somewhere where you will be treated fairly. This will probably get a negative response from the shop owner as he does with every negative review, but be weary!"

"He would not repair/resize my engagement-wedding band set after rheumatoid arthritis ravaged my joints, changing the size of my fingers. He said it was impossible due to the nature of the diamonds & the setting. I did not want a new or different set because I’m sentimental about my husband and our 30 years together. I went to Angels Jewelers just west of Harry’s location on Foothill and Vineyard, and Liliana provided me with an exemplar experience!"
