"Our experience with the staff was great and our service was completed on-time so no faults there. Giving 4 stars because of poor communication (only one call for a delay but nothing once the work was actually completed) and that every time we've gone at the posted opening time we have had to wait 15-20 minutes longer before they open the doors. At least change your posted hours if you cant open at 10am consistently."

"Alexander Jewelers is our favorite Jewelry store to buy and polish diamond rings. They have a huge collection of engagement/wedding rings (for both Men and Women), bands, bracelets, earrings, and timepieces. Their overall service was highly appreciable. Suzie, Jack, and rest of the staff were awesome, friendly, super patient, truly genuine and easy to work with. I was looking for a nice diamond ring for my wife and they helped me to customize a ring for her. This jeweler is by far the best."

"We went to a lot of jewelry stores and this was by far the best one. They have a large mens ring collection. Suzie was amazing as we probably looked at 90% of them. They have the most amazing customer service and really make sure you are happy. They have custom pieces designed in-house and ones from the major ring makers. They also have a very large watch selection, bigger then any of the other jewelry stores. Will definitely be coming back for all our jewelry needs in the future."

Our overall experience with all the staff was great, but the Zig-Man made our experience one never to forget while purchasing an engagement ring for my Ree! Allowed us time to view their selection with no pressure, and came over occasionally to make sure we were ok. Once she decided on what she would be happy with and the wheels begin to roll, he didn't rush us through the process, but instead guided us through it all leaving us both with nothing but smiles on our faces! My son was even smiling, lol. Thank God for the insurance we purchased, because we had to file a claim and once it was approved Ziggy was right there to assist with the same professionalism and courtesy that he showed from the start. Paperwork, sizing, cleaning was phenomenal! Let me not forget to mention my experience when I went back to purchase my band. They had no issues with adding the comfort fit to an already custom ring and it did not increase the price by much at all... Ziggy you're the Man, Bro! And to the jeweler and the other very polite gentlemen there that day (7/22/21) who assisted with showing us several center stone's to choose from, we thank you ALL for making our visit/experience a pleasant one!
