"Wish I could leave ZERO stars , took my watch in to get repaired and have a latch replaced back in October and still nothing has been done as In getting it fixed or repaired , one of the managers will call every 4 weeks explaining to me more reasons why they can’t fix my watch or compensate for me waiting so long just for nothing to be done. Terrible customer service and terrible customer care/ follow up. They can’t even comprehend how fast I could’ve got this done on my own but they decided to take their sweet time and finally call me in FEBRUARY saying I can pick up my damaged watch. It’s been there since October and it’s quite ridiculous that I had to wait this long just to be told nothing got done to the watch PLEASE DON’T SHOP HERE"
"My fiancé & I had an amazing experience, The ladies were so sweet & helpful especially Najia!! She helped us through the whole process she made sure we were satisfied in changing my engagement ring stone to a different shape overall she made the process very smooth."
"Walked in wanting to check out a certain Rolex model. Salesman brought out one that was slightly different but no problem, I can just try it on. Asked for the price - he went to “check on it” on the computer. Came back and sat down and assumed a sale by asking me how I’d like to pay for - cash or finance. Asked for the price again. Types in an arbitrary number on his calculator and stated a price so egregiously overpriced (75-100% over competitors pricing for the same watch) that I immediately stood up and started to walk out. Woman working there asked why I wasn’t ready to buy. Told her I’m not silly enough to over pay by 75-100% mark up. I understand the need to mark up to make a profit but trying to get 75-100% markup is laughable. Will never do business w this store and neither should you."

"Went in to buy my new granddaughter her first pair of diamond earrings and was very surprised. Not pressured into anything. Very nice store. Staff was very friendly and personally inviting with their help and service. What I was looking for was easy and pleasing to what I wanted. Once this whole mess with covid is over with, I will be returning."
