Still, they blew me away with their patience, presence and service. I had a rather complicated watch issue that in my mind was likely unfixable. "Dave and Cathy are amazing! We came here to get my husband’s wedding band stretched. It was his grandfather’s wedding band, and he had a sweet message engraved on the ring for my husband’s grandmother. We were worried that it would be damaged in the process. Dave looked at it and recommended that the edges be smoothed out since they were sharp which might be causing the discomfort. We decided to go with his recommendation, and it worked! My husband is able to wear his ring comfortably now, and all the sweet memories are intact! Dave was quick, and efficient and didn’t charge us!
