"I visited the store right before Christmas. I got 3 necklaces. My problem is with the staff. When I was at the register paying, I caught the female store employee replacing my new necklaces with the worn/displayed ones they have on the wall. I'm not sure why she did that. Human Resources should choose better employees to represent their product and area. The whole experience was bizarre and uncomfortable."
