The process was great: they gave us a 3d picture after a few weeks, a wax model a few weeks later, and then the real thing after a total of a month or 2. The ring was exactly what she dreamed of and designed. They have great customer service, cleaning the ring wherever we came to visit and remembering who we were. We recommend this place to all our friends who are planning on getting engaged!"
"I had been gifted a luxury brand watch the day prior and had resized at another jeweler and they did it incorrectly and my watch had needed a pin replacement. I was not a local and we were in town for a celebration and called 3 other luxury jewelers for a pin replacement and no one would even see me. Te Amo was helpful from the first call to walking in on a busy Friday and having customers in the store. The Jeweler was happy to help and did so quickly and professionally. Great customer service and wonderful high end watch repair."
