"I needed grout and tile in the kitchen on the floor cleaned. We have four dogs and they track in a lot of mud and dirt especially in the winter. "Cleanmax is awesome! They did a large job for me for a commercial campus and they did a residential home for me as well. They came in as the best price out of four bids, they communicated all expectations, visited the site to verify they could deliver on their promise, and did just that! A couple weeks after they came out, I noticed that we spilled something right in the middle of the carpet they cleaned. I called to ask for an estimate for spot cleaning, but they refused to bid the work because it's covered under their 30 day clean guarantee. They just came out and did the spot, and a few others.
