"They cleaned up after another carpet cleaning service. Have you ever seen someone get dunked on? That's what they did. My carpets feel brand new I'm super happy with the results. I paid this other company and they said they were done after no steam cleaning or extraction and the carpets still looked stained and soiled from high traffic. I called these people and they came out the same day, literally 2 hours later punctual on the dot. They said they would give me a discount rate because of my bad experience already and they were just empathetic, which is crazy they didn't have to do that, the other company should have refunded money or something. I asked for the works and said I just wanted the job done right. The guy did a 4 stage cleaning with different industrial equipment and the stains vanished. They asked me to leave a review so I'm doing this happily!!! These are great people and they're damn good at their jobs!"
