"Honest, trustworthy and professional. Randy came to look at some damage we sustained from an overflowing upstairs toilet (He was out second opinion). I wasn't able to be there, so my wife did a walk through with him. I'm in construction myself so I'm always wary about someone trying to upsell her on stuff we don't need. Javier did an outstanding job in answering all of my questions and concerns and always kept me well informed of what was going on. They worked very clean, containing all the wet rooms, containment of the affected rooms was a big concern of mine for me and my dog and they did a ,great job.
