911 Restoration of Santa Barbara

"My business, Hostel Obispo, had a water leak in the wall behind the shower. 911 Restoration came out in a timely fashion and the employees were very nice. They set up two dehumidifiers and two fans and said that they would run them for 3 days. Later that day I noticed that one of the dehumidifiers didn't seem to be on. I called and they assured me that it was on. When they returned 3 days later they acknowledged that one of the dehumidifiers had not been running for the 3 days. So they had to set it up and then run that humidifier for another 3 days; so the 3 day job took 6 days which is a big deal when I have guests staying at the hostel and these machines are not quiet - especially while trying to sleep. When I got the bill it was almost $5000! Maybe that is the going rate but wow that's a lot of money! I went through the bill very carefully and noticed that they had double charged me for some services, and they charged me for services that they didn't even do. I called in and they were kind enough to go through the bill with me, corrected their mistakes, and in the end they reduced the bill by almost $1000! I will say that they were kind enough to give me over a month to pay the bill. So, in the end, I recommend that you closely monitor the equipment that they set up, discuss with them what services they will be charging for, and very carefully go through your bill to make sure it is accurate. "We had to use 911 Restoration for a roof leak. They were extremely responsive from the beginning. When I called them, they had someone here in just a few hours and they began work immediately. There were 4 different employees who came out to check on the status regularly. All very nice and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!!"

"I contacted 911 restoration on 2/18 for a emergency Covid-19 sanitation for my grandmas home. Not only were they very responsive, respectful and understanding but they were able to be on site within 1-hour. The individual who came out to sanitize and clean was very punctual, respectful and polite. My grandmas house was fog, sanitize and wiped. I was very satisfied with the service and experience. They identified the extent of the damage which was considerably more than what was visible to the naked eye. Then set up equipment to dry out my ceiling, walls and floors.
