"Some of the nicest people in the mall work here. There were two ladies that I think were bosses and they had another employee with them. They were super helpful helping me pick out a watch for my brother on our anniversary. They even set the time for me. And took some of the bits off the chain. I will come back here for the Michael kors watches because they are so beautiful with all the diamonds and they have the two-year guarantee"
"I was here to get my battery changed since they offer battery change for premium watches....but Manager denied service saying understaffed . The way she denied is really rude . Since you are only store 3 hours radius ...close the stupid store if you can't offer basic services which are confirmed over the phone. The employee is more polite than manager I would make her manager...the grumpy old lady need to be fired.."
