"While having Service Champions out for a minor job (inspecting, repairing some outlets), decided to take advantage of the opportunity and inquire about a project we've been thinking about for a some time. Alan S. patiently answered all of our technical questions, laid out various options and their pros and cons, and addressed some safety-related concerns; he was very knowledgeable about product specifications and availability, permitting requirements, and current codes. Service Champions operates on a very modern system, their technicians using large tablets for looking up pricing information, laying out project options, scheduling, and billing; getting immediate, automated "paperwork" and notifications by email is very convenient. We decided to "green-light" the project; Alan S. did a great job of alleviating various concerns we had that had made us put off doing it for so long. Happy with the small repair and consultation visit – will review again when the upcoming project is completed."
