"Service is a bit lacking. My friend told me he had paid a lower price than the one I was charged for watch battery replacement and I mentioned that. The shop owners got very defensive, which made me a little suspicious. I think they charged me more because they commented that my watch was very “expensive” and asked did I know how nice my watch was? I asked for a receipt (simple request right?), and they got even more defensive and started talking about me in their native language. They finally hand wrote me a receipt. They were also fairly careless with my watch and threw it around."

"Unfortunately this isn't a good review. We took a ring to be sized up. A sterling silver ring. We picked it up and the first time I wore it it broke. Took it back and the man offered to fix it free. Picked it up an hour ago and get home only to notice a piece of the silver or whatever he used is coming off. I am quite upset. The first time it was just stretched so thin. Now it was cheaply done. I now am out $68 and have to find a new Jeweler to fix it."

He is responsive, relatively inexpensive, and warns you if it is not possible for him to ensure the watch is as waterproof as it originally was. I have nothing but good things to say about the watchmaker there."
