Peninsula Exterior Cleaning

"We have used Peninsula Exterior Cleaning to clean out our gutters for the past five years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are incredibly responsive, thorough, professional, effective and reasonably priced. We have an old two story house with lots of different intersecting roof lines and hard-to-get-to gutters, but they didn’t even hesitate to meet the challenge. They have always done a great job clearing out all the gutters, flushing both the downspouts and underground drains, and leaving the area around the gutters spotlessly clean, with no sign of all the leaves, dirt and debris they have removed. They did such a good job last year that I didn’t think I even needed to call them this year but then, during the recent storms, I realized that one of the gutters had gotten unexpectedly clogged from an unusual leaf drop off one of our large trees. I called them to see if there was any way they could come by just to clear the one gutter (it is in a very high and difficult-to-reach location that I did not feel comfortable trying to reach myself)) and, despite the fact that they must be swamped with work given the torrential rains we are having, the owner, Anthony, called me back within minutes, personally came out the very next morning, cleared and flushed the gutter and underground drain, and then refused to even let me pay him since he said it was only a single gutter and his crew was in the area anyway. WHO DOES THAT these days?!? Seriously! Given that we have an old house that requires lots of attention and maintenance, we have dealt with tons of people in the trades over the years - I can’t think of anyone who has been as responsive, professional and reliable — or more easy and pleasant to deal with — than Anthony and his company. Perhaps the best indication of this is the fact that this is literally the first time I have ever been moved to write an on-line review, good or bad. BTW, I didn’t realize until I Googled them to leave this review that they also do power washing — I will definitely be calling them next time our house needs a power wash!"
