"I would not recommend working with this jeweler. My sister had a terrible experience with her engagement ring, but I was absolutely willing to give them a second chance since I only needed the butterfly sizer removed from our heirloom engagement ring. The jeweler was rude, condescending, and just generally unkind. He was almost completely unwilling to listen to the documented history I have of this stone and setting, and gave inaccurate guidance for sizing. If you’re looking for a positive love filled experience with a trustworthy jeweler, this is NOT the place. I can wholeheartedly recommend Filigree jewelers just down the road. Beautiful pieces and incredible work!!"
