I didn’t shop for clothes but there is a lot of inventory to choose from. I was there to find the perfect necklace. And I had four viable choices but one was absolutely perfect, giving me the total look I was going for! I received assistance and good suggestions from all three staff members. "This buying experience has been a nightmare, first time purchase with them on line. Placed order, was to be notified when shipped, no email received, followed up with text if shipped, reply was that it shipped with tracking number, searched tracking number, no such number in ups system, call store, clerk saya she is busy will call back in a couple minutes, no call, call 2 hours later, she says she left message for me, no message and proceeds to tell me it has already been delivered which is false. I will never purchase anything from this shop again. They have my money and I have no delivery of merchandise."
