"We would give Allen ten stars. Professional, punctual, and personable. Allen took care of a water heater problem we had in our rental in Westport. Westport renter called us at our home in Los Gatos about water heater problem Wednesday morning. We called Allen. Thursday morning renter had new water heater. My wife says Allen is a Prince."

While working on the hot water heater he was ok with me asking questions and gave professional advice. We appreciate the great work."

"We live in Ukiah and have a rental property in Ft. Bragg that needed the hot water heater replaced. I called on a weekend and left my message. Allen returned my call at 7:30 Monday morning and was on the job immediately. He took the old heater out (even though the water wouldn't drain making it extremely heavy) and hauled it away for just $10. When he went to Mendo Mill to pick up the new heater we had paid for over the phone, he saw that it was the wrong size and immediately exchanged it for the correct one. He also saw that the drip pan needed to be replaced and that it needed an earthquake strap. He took care of everything in just a couple of hours. He is very professional and easy to work with. He will be our plumber in Ft. Bragg from now on!"
