"A guy picked up my call sounded so cranky, seemed like woke up on wrong side of his bed. Hoping he is not business owner. My question was very clear. Can you replace wheel bearing? Telling me ~1000$cost for wheel bearing replacement. Lol. I don’t recommend doing business. Note- my comment is solely base on appointment call and recipient attitude."

"Amazing shop and customer service!!!!!!!! Single momma here. I realized half way over highway 20 I had a burnt out headlight and still had to drive back over later that night. Napa told me it would be difficult to replace and to go to a shop. Came to FB transmission shop and they replaced it for me with no hesitation. Richard was Amazing and did it quick and efficiently!!! Thank you guys so much!!!"
"New to the area and called 6 places for an oil change. These guys were the only ones to fit me in. My car was completed within the timeframe they said and my check engine light was on, so they included the list of codes at no charge. Also fixed my broken visor at no charge. Best part? Since I don’t know anyone here and didn’t have a ride to the shop to pick up my car, one of them actually brought my car to me, and walked the 2 miles back (he couldn’t accept a ride due to COVID). Who does that? Who else offers this kind of service? I will be returning here again, no question, and I recommend them highly."
