They come out to the car and take the dogs inside for me, and once they are done they walk them out to your car. They call once they have finished. "I took my stubborn shiba inu here to get his nails trimmed. He absolutely hates having his front paws touched, but they did such a great job. They comforted him and sent him on his way with a stylish bandana around his neck. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The interior is very cozy.
