"They did the most beautiful job on my sweet Davey! I just couldn’t get over it. He was soft, smelled amazing and so cute! They were very gentle with him when I came in. They gave him the cutest tweed bow tie too. This is a great place to bring your dog. Very nice and clean facility."

"IB Groomin is the only place we trust to take our baby MAX, He suffers from anxiety and he hated getting groomed he would cry and act up at his old groomer!! Then a friend recommended IB groomin and it was the best decision we received a picture of him after his first grooming he was waiting for us and he was just sitting there looking so cute and calmed!! We love the service and the attention that the whole staff always shows us when we get there until we leave. He always comes out looking cute & feeling so soft. Thank IB Groomin"

"I had an appointment for my cat at 3:00 so I left work and I arrived 5 minutes early. The person inside told me they only have 1 person who does cats and sheeft 5 minutes ago! I said "but I had an appointment"! She asked if I could wait 10 minutes and she'd be right back so I waited and after 15 min I went back inside to ask again and the helper said " she'll be back in 15 or I can just come back tomorrow". Who does that, really?! I waited 15 more minutes with no one showing up and I left. Of course they had penalties for being late plastered on the door! Do I receive a $10 late fee now?? What a crock. Don't go there. The owner emailed me back and turned everything around. The said the don't make appointments for cats, they are walk in only. That is really sad and no wonder you get so many bad reciews. Take responsibility! You screwed up! Be an adult and admit it!"

"Called at 9am for chihuahua shave and nail trim for my other chihuahua. Showed up. Said they close at 2 and had pretend amnesia about the appointment. No apologies. Looked like straight idiots. Don't bother. I heard a poor bulldog crying so loud everything they trimmed his nails. Guess I dodged a bullet. Won't be going back."

"My dog usually gets high anxiety when I leave him. So been trying to find a groomer that can handle him. But the team at IB Grooming did a great job of taking good care of him. Love the new hair cut. Will definitely be back"
