Mike is encyclopedic about doggie issues, which helped expand my research before appointment with a specialist. The shop looked and smelled clean, or rather, there was an absence of smell(!) Most importantly, I received the service that I paid for and my pup came home buoyant instead of cowering. Already booked next appointment and will recommend to family."

"Every time I take my dog to get groomed he always comes out looking like a new puppy. The staff always goes above and beyond with their services and always accommodate as best they can. Mike and the staff are great at what they do. I can't trust anybody else with my dog now."

"If you're like me, you are obsessed with your dog. My guy's hair grows fast. He's still a puppy so he's growing out his dark puppy fur and bringing in a nice light coat. Mike help explain that when we got him and what to expect with his fur! It's great because he's been doing trims with Bellamy's cute features in mind. Leaving the ear tips and his long eye lashes. He shapes his tail really well too. He helped give tips about how to get Bellamy used to brushing and other grooming. When you have a Shih Tzu + Maltese + Poodle mix, you have to do maintenance between grooming visits. Cleaning their eyes, ears, etc. Mike knew a lot about this and really helped me train Bellamy for it with just a few simple tips. Mike will do face trims, paw trim/shaping, pluck ears, nail grinding, and the other in between major haircut maintenance. I've trained Bellamy and myself to do some of this stuff but I usually prefer just bringing him in. This location also has self wash with lots of options on scents and shampoos. They have products available like brushes, leashes, toys, and fun stickers and stuff for people. I like the employees I've seen and interacted with. I think there's another groomer as well, but I haven't met him or her. Overall everyone seems to love and care about dogs and their owners. Great place to go."
