PetSmart Grooming

"If i can give a zero star i will!! They treat our beloved babies in a very bad way no manners no love no empathy no feelings!! I sent my baby girl today to take her regular bath, everytime i go to check in no one smile or try to smile and welcome me or my baby, they are barely doing their job!! They are rude, at least show some love to the dog when you take them inside for bathing !! After check-in one of the workers there called "Heather" put the leash around my baby neck and started pulling her till my baby girl was going to throw up!! I told her to get down to my dog and talk to her so she can get to know her better and go inside with her. I felt i really wanna take my dog back home cause of the way she treated my and then my dog. Then i left to make it easier on her( the worker) and to let my dog also go with her without refusing. I was worried the whole time thinking whats going on with my baby and this worker cause she was NOT nice at all. After like one hour they called for pick up, so i came back and was waiting for my dog to come from inside, meanwhile Another worker was trying to cut another dog hair and she was pulling the dog beard hair to make him stand still and he was suffering and trying to move his haid cause he probably was in pain!! I wish i could take a video at that time !! I was surprised and speechless at that time and didnt want to interfere and say something to the girl!! But if you are tired or sick of working just leave the work and sit home no need to make our little ones suffer because of you!! Then they brought my baby girl with the leash on and the worker Heather was walking slowly while my baby girl was too excited to see me and she started running and the leash around her neck so she started to cough cause Ms. HEATHER DECIDED TO PULL HER INSTEAD OF WALKING FASTER SO MY BABY DOESNT SUFFER. HOW MEAN !!!! I really cant believe i made my dog go through all this. I am writting this down cause we need to make sure that we leave our babies in lovely hands not where they can be tortured."

"Look at this puppy! Cutest puppy ever, but not the best about a nail trim. The staff treated her kindly and did an excellent job despite the fact she is a brat."

"Animals were emaciated and depressed. I bought a chameleon there just because the poor guy looked so unhealthy. I couldn't stand to see the animals in that state. This place needs to be shut down!"

"My first time shop here and very new about dog and this employee is very rude and I felt discriminated. He was in the registry by the time I was there and I got his name as NICK. I don't recommend to shop at this petsmart store."

"I have 3 cats and a chinchilla, Pet Smart is my go to for my pets needs. They're a very friendly staff willing to help make your visit a happy one. The only negative is the long waiting list for grooming, and like any other facility will run out of a product that I am looking for."
