"Paul is amazing with my Maltipoo. She used to be always shaking with other groomers but it seems she loves Paul, which mean he treats her well on her stay at the groomers. We've been their clients for more than a year now. I 100% recommend it if you're not too picky on the cut, cause sometimes is not what I expected but she always look good and the most important to me is that he takes care of her amazingly."

"Well, we made the mistake of ignoring reviews because we live close to here now. We used to go to a wonderful place when we lived in Whittier (my parents took dogs there since 1980!). We moved to La Habra, and the other place is just too far. We started going to Petco, but now they moved, so we decided to try this place. First off, they did a great job on the shampoo. We normally do it ourselves, but it's too cold. During the summer, we get my big dog (over 100 lbs) a bath and my smaller dog (35lbs) a clip and bath. At both the small place in Whittier and Petco, we have only paid $100 for two dogs bathed and one clipped. We called ahead and the guy said he had to see them to price them. We left them to get a bath and I called when we got back home. No prices are posted by the way. Anyway, guy quotes me $45 on the phone, which sounds fair. We dropped them off at 1pm, and the place closes at 5pm. At 4:45 I still didn't get a call, so I called them. Guy called me back with the dogs ready at 6pm! Like I said, dogs were happy, clean, etc. However, I had the guy $50 and telling him to keep the change and he states it's $110!!! For a bath?!?! My husband was very angry, I was frustrated, but we took the dogs home and got the rest of the money. How do these people run a business like this?!? They don't speak English too clearly (which I'm not at all complaining about) , but if there are issues in understanding and whatnot, especially if there is a language barrier...post your prices!!!"

"Horrible experience! Never going here again. I don't recommend people to go here! They try to raise the price depending how hard they groomed the dog! They tell you it's around $35-$40 but then it goes to becoming $60... It's bs!!! And they groomed my dog terribly by cutting his hair way too short even If I told them beforehand not to. My puppy was left with some scratches unfortunately, but he's all better now. DO NOT GO HERE."
