"I scheduled early in the morning to hopefully get my pet back within a couple of hours. It took them 4 hours! I’ve dropped my pet off before and it has never had to take 4 hours long. When I returned 4 hours later, my pet still wasn’t done! I was asked to leave because my pet was too excited seeing me wait outside."
