"I thought that Dr. Pendleton was fantastic, but the service went' down hill from my first visit. I have called multiple times in the last few weeks to follow up on my test results and schedule follow up but no one answers the phone!! I have left at least three voicemails on different days. None of my calls have been returned. There's no other way to contact the office. No email. And I need to be invited to use the patient portal, which I can't request because I can't get a human on a line. It's like a black hole. TERRIBLE Patient Service. I am so beyond frustrated that there is no way to communicate with this office and no one seems to be working. Go elsewhere!!!! It doesn't matter how good the doctors are, if you can't get any care or make an appointment, what's the point?!?"
