"Called for a consultation and somehow they don’t offer “testing” aka diagnosis, only follow up medication distribution. If you can’t diagnose how do you have the skills to treat someone? You have to get “testing” done elsewhere, at a place that will likely also distribute meds…making this place useless."

"NEVER seek help here if you can help it. I was receiving mental health care at this establishment for years when my psychiatrist left for a different company. The psychiatrist that replaced her made me feel as though I was a waste of his time and ultimately ghosted me while I was on a controlled prescription. It didn’t matter how many times I called to get my script filled. Ultimately, I got my script filed at the ER and immediately sought help through a different company. This place is a waste of time, money, and space."

"I love Dr. Cavalier, she’s attentive and personable but the receptionists are probably the worst I have ever interacted with. Last month I left COUNTLESS calls and messages to get my prescription refilled, when I did get a hold of them they mentioned that all my messages were on my file, no one returned calls. It’s extremely frustrating to even schedule an appointment, let alone get in contact with anyone."

"My son is a patient there the dr he sees is wonderful and thoughtful about him his situation and what meds to see what will work. We have been going there for a year or so my son is 15 the ladies at the front are nice. The only issue is yes the $60 no show fee sometimes things come up and can’t give a 24 hour notice and a $60 no show fee is added. Other than that love his dr"
