"Unbelievable!! My niece was told they would no longer treat her because she had an extremely poor experience with the office. The doctor working under Dr Gupta is very incompetent when it comes to keeping medication doses straight. Twice my niece ended up off insulin because this office is a true nightmare! Their office doesn't return calls to the pharmacy and they screw up just about all orders (lab, imaging and pharmacy). It's been extremely frustrating to our family to know that a doctor's office could care less about their patients. My niece had to deal with 3 different screw ups regarding pharmacy, imaging & labs and the pharmacy said it was a blessing for the lousy doctor's office manager to tell my niece to get lost!! When they screw up and really cause a problem, all they can do is tell a patient go away! Our family does NOT recommend that anyone go to this nightmare, especially if they're an insulin dependent patient! It's sad to see their staff hates people and they won't take responsibility in solving problems. How dare them to put my niece and other patients at risk!!!!! Putting patients at risk because they cannot deal professionally with a pharmacy is unforgivable!! Another name for lousy doctors is "licensed killers". When I found out thst my niece has gone without insulin on TWO separate occasions I flipped out!!!"

"I read the reviews for the Gupta Sleep Center and was initially worried. While I did have some trouble connecting to them via telephone - and not having those first phone calls returned - once I got to the office for my first appointment, I was met with smiles and an extremely friendly administrative staff. They were patient, friendly, and were happy to answer questions re: paper work. Upon my initial appointment with the Dr, I was pleasantly surprised, as she focused solely on me, and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions, and then discuss options. Following my first and second sleep studies, my return/follow-up appointments with the doctor were no different. She took ample time to explain the findings, answered ALL my questions, and took the time needed to discuss treatments and options. As many doctors are prone to typing on a keyboard or doing something other than paying attention to the patient during the appointment, I was stoked that the doc simply sat and listened. Not once did she allow her attention to waver from me; I felt like my case and my health mattered to her...something you don’t always get when visiting a physician. My experience with Gupta Sleep Clinic was stellar. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice, and in fact, would go as far as to say that I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND the clinic and staff for folks dealing with sleep apnea or other related conditions."

"I agree with most reviewers, if there is a “0” I’ll select that. The worst customer service. To start with their Menifee office super hot they are to cheap to turn the AC on, you have to wait 2 months to get an appointment then you have to wait 2-3 hours for the appointment. There is no communication between their team, they are NOT knowledgeable about the process, the technicians told us something and after waiting a month I have to wait again for the appointment to get my results. Call your insurance and request another Doctor."
