"Was charged extra for something I did not book. The additional charge reasoning had changed twice. Which I was told was because my english bulldog was "Large" which was proven false after I sent in the photos of her measurements. Once proven she was indeed medium which was what I had booked for, they then changed the additional charge reasoning was for her having "fleas"... she gets frequent flea treatments and I have had no problems with her having fleas because of it. The groomer did not communicate with me at all on the extra charge. Would not use these groomers again!"

"They came to our home on time and our dog was groomed in an hour. We showed them a photo of what we wanted and he delivered as promised. In other situations, we've taken our dog to an on-site groomer that was highly rated and when we went to pick him up (4 hours later), he was shaking and traumatized in a room with several other dogs. Will never go anywhere else but Alpha Grooming again."
