"When i arrived with my precious sheltie and standard poodle they looked better and felt better than when they left. I intuitively wanted to turn away however; I had a very important doctor appointment having to do with my breast cancer and was not feeling well. I felt I am in Orinda where I live and it should be fine. This was the most expensive $400.00 for the ugliest and sloppiest haircuts I have ever seen. I have four generations of standard poodles. I know what I am talking about. I have experienced top show groomers and Petco. My pets go to Petco. I never have to worry about any sort of inhumane treatment as I suspect happened Orinda groomers. I have five dogs. Three rescues and a baby standard who will never be subjected to this horrific place. If you choose to go there keep your eyes open. I book with Kendra at Petco a month in advance. At Petco I can rest in peace knowing they are in the skilled , caring and professional hands. My pets go to Petco! Where happy and healthy pets go!"
