"I can't believe the cashier named Courtney demanded I should say hi and greet her. I can't hear on my right ear. I usually get excellent service in this Orinda, Safeway. She practically started a fight with me. She's the rudest cashier. She should be reprimanded. Is she fit to work in retail.I had to talk to the assistant manager Mr. Johnson to do something about her attitude. Never going to shop at this Safeway again. I'll make sure my friend and family don't. I had to ask who she was. she didn't have a name take."
"very unorganized or maybe lack of management. Waited 30+ minutes to pick up an order that was never even made. I was ignored by an older gentleman when i asked for his help. The only upside is a younger gentleman was very polite and tried his best to help out but unfortunately the order was never packed."
