"Was scheduled for a MRI at 9:20pm and at 8:20pm they called to confirm I'm still coming and I told them yes and they asked if I could come in earlier and I said I could. They then call me back and ask if I can come right now, told them I was on my way. Get there at 9:06pm and all the doors are locked to the main building and not one car in sight. Called them about 10 times and then called the urgent care that scheduled it for me and even they couldn't get a hold of them. Beyond unprofessional for a medical building. Y'all need to clean house ASAP. Spent $70 on Uber to get there for them to leave early without even calling me..."

"NATHALIE the person to help my daughter was very nice and help me to answers my questions. But I could see some of the staff are not helpful or try to make easier the visit to patients. We where here for IMR. The staff needs to understand people is nervios already to the diagnosis a little of friendly helps thank you. I will come back"

"I came here today to get an ultrasound and a mammogram, I had booked and waited for this appointment for over two months. I even had a referral for it that stated I needed to get those two done by doctor’s request. Well, I get to the front and the receptionist asks me what I’m here for and I told her. Well this lady comes from across the other side of the desk and tells me “I won’t be able to do your mammogram because you’re too young. Due to your age there will be no mammogram.” I told her that I waited two months and I even had a referral. How can you deny me for a mammogram to check for breast cancer all because I’m young? She then goes on and asks me very rudely, arms crossed, scoffing and rolling her eyes the whole time she asks “Well it depends on your family history. Does your mom have breast cancer?” So here I was getting denied, having me explain my person medical issues and family medical history just to get my point across and hopefully get checked out. I again for the 10th time told her “Age doesn’t matter. Cancer has no age limit. You’re talking about me being young and you don’t want to check the lump my doctor found. My sister has breast cancer at the age of 23 with no family history of breast cancer. So don’t tell me I’m young because that does not matter, clearly.” And that’s when again she says “Well have you asked your mom? Maybe your mom has breast cancer on her side. We are looking at family history.” So long story short please please don’t go here. They have two stars for a reason. I even told her it’s people like YOU that kill people. You’re denying me to check on my lump when this is A IMAGING CENTER. She is no doctor to act or tell me the things she did. Now it seems like they blocked my number because my calls won’t go through but when I call from someone else’s it rings but like always they never answer. Like seriously they never do! I was calling them to ask what her name was so I can give everyone a heads up and for me to tell my doctor to report or speak to her directly. But I hope this review helps and is a good warning to many. I NEVER EVER write reviews, this is my first but I have never been so disrespected, disappointed and now worried that I have to wait another two months. All because she assumed I was too young. She didn’t even have my file in front of her! I’m hoping this isn’t cancer. UMI of Inglewood doesn’t care about people’s lives. While we suffer and do our part they refuse to do theirs. She refused to look at my possible cancerous tumor."

"My Mom and I made an appt here for Feb 24 @ 4 pm and we were told to show up 30 min early. I was given a voicemail the night before to show up at 12 pm. Before my MRI exam I had to put my belongings inside a locker. After my successful MRI exam I was escorted to the waiting room. I asked where my phone was and was told my Mom had it by a woman at the front desk who looked as though she didn't want to speak to me. I brought up how we showed up 4 hours early in the waiting room and one of the ladies looked guilty while another was laughing on the phone."

"I’ve spent 3 days trying to reschedule an appointment happening today. Now I have no choice but to go because no one will answer or call me back, and I don’t want to be charged out of pocket as a no-show. Even if I tried to fight the charge, I don’t need the additional stress of shouting at the wind trying to figure it out. This will be my first time going to this place and I’m absolutely dreading it. UPDATE: while I’m still aggravated at the fact I couldn’t reach anyone, I had a good experience when I got there. I got in and out fairly quickly, and the guy who did my scan was really friendly and good at his job. So I’m adding a star."
