"This place is amazing. I was fearful in the beginning. They are so competent in their procedure and so supportive of the patient. I needed an epidural but was scared of the pain. Didn’t have pain. The doctor is so experienced and competent that is hurt much less than a Covid vaccine. They have a great group who prepares you for you shot and takes care of you afterward. "actually Joy Todd and I just wanted to comment on the dedication and and excellence of the staff during my procedure. Once I got on the schedule everything went like a well tuned clock. The from the front office to Noella who first met me, I watched my blood pressure go down to normal. The efforts to give me information and not make me wait 2 weeks was gratefully received. If one has to do this kind of medical procedure, go here. Dr. Simon is the best, at least for me. She is really caring and concerned. Amy called the next day to be sure all was well. bless you all. "I was so pleased with Channel Islands Surgery Center. Everyone from the reception, to the nurses and the doctor were very professional and helpful. They took the time to advise and answer any questions and they were right on time. I have had an epidural before at the hospital and they made me wait an hour and forty five minutes past my appointment time, with no explanation. This was especially stressful because I am diabetic and concerned I would crash going so long without food. CI surgery was far superior on all levels. I was very happy with my care and definitely would highly recommend them."
