"they literally wasted hours of my day. i was put on hold the first time for 20 minutes. had to call back just to get a quote, only to get hung up on. no one bothered to even try to call me back. i called again once i sent all my info in to get placed on hold for another 45 minutes. just to be told they don’t insure my year. as if they didn’t know the year make and model of my car when i called in at 10am."

"I had an appointment at 3:30 pm to have pictures taken of my car because someone who has FredLoya insurance rear ended me. I show up more than 5 minutes early to the appointment, and waited. Finally they tell me I can go to the FredLoya where Cardenas is because they were going to take a long time. I told them I had the appointment at their location and got out of work early to be there on time. I was given an appointment at their location and they should grant it. Her only stupid remark was I understand, plus you need to complete paperwork. I left that place and went to the other location. They took th pictures and no paperwork had to be completed. So not only could they not take my appointment, she lied as well."
